Join our free webinar to learn how to maximize business credit cards – The Points Guy

There are many ways to leverage top credit cards to unlock a variety of rewards — including “free” flights, hotel rooms or even cold, hard cash back in your pocket. However, there’s a key strategy that travelers often overlook in earning rewards: using business credit cards.

And before you click away, know that you may not need to own a big, super-formal company to be eligible for a business card.

Whether you are running a full-fledged business or have a side hustle, we want to help you not only demystify the business credit card landscape but learn how to earn and use those rewards, too. If that sounds right up your alley, join us Thursday, Feb. 29, at 4 p.m. Eastern time for a special free webinar focusing on how to earn and maximize rewards from business credit cards.

Register for the free webinar now.

Joining me for the session will be Ashley Onadele, a TPG freelancer and family travel expert, and Ed Pizzarello, chief operating officer of RMR Capital and longtime award pro and business traveler. The three of us have decades of combined experience with utilizing business credit cards, and together, we’ll dig into topics like:

  • What are some of the best business credit cards?
  • Who’s eligible for business credit cards?
  • How do you maximize rewards earned from business credit cards?

Even if you don’t have a formal business, this session can still apply to you. Most credit card issuers allow freelancers or entrepreneurs just getting started to apply (and get approved) for a business credit card. You’d simply use your Social Security number to apply as a sole proprietor.

Of course, it can help to have a federal employer identification number along with a history of revenue to demonstrate your ability to pay your bill — and potentially secure a higher credit limit. However, that’s not always a requirement. I have been approved for a number of business credit cards in the past without an EIN.

In other words, just about anyone can be eligible. And there are many reasons to get a business credit card — from separating your personal and work expenses to accessing business-related perks and bonuses.

Even if you can’t join the session live, be sure to register anyway. That way, you’ll receive all follow-up communications — including a link to the free recording.

Don’t miss out on your chance to hear directly from experts in the realm of business credit cards. Registration closes shortly before the webinar starts, so register today to secure your spot. We can’t wait to see you there!
